United States Ninth Circuit

US v. TEKLE, 01-50111

District court did not abuse its discretion in upholding defendant's waiver of the right to seek suppression of evidence, and defendant failed to show that his lawyer's failure to move to suppress before trial amounted to ineffective assistance. Money laundering convictions were supported by sufficient evidence.
