United States Ninth Circuit
MCCLURE v. THOMPSON, 01-35593
No breach of the duty of confidentiality and no actual conflict of interest arose through original defense counsel's anonymous phone call to law enforcement, disclosing the location of bodies of two children whom petitioner was ultimately convicted of killing, thus denial of a habeas petition alleging ineffective assistance is affirmed.
