US v. FRANKLIN, 01-30226, 01-30291

A firearm discharge enhancement, U.S.S.G. section 2B3.1(b)(2)(A), was proper where defendant was not present at a robbery but could foresee such use, but a reckless endangerment enhancement, section 3C1.2, is reversed. Denial of a motion for substitution of counsel is affirmed.
