RUDEBUSCH v. HUGHES, 01-15287

A university president is entitled to qualified immunity, in an action alleging that the university's one-time base pay adjustments given to women and minority faculty violated equal protection, but a Title VII challenge was actionable against the university where fact issues exist as to whether the adjustments did more than attain a balance.
