A bank's practice, of using directly deposited Social Security and Supplemental Security Income benefits to cover overdrafts and overdraft fees, does not offend the beneficiaries' rights under 42 U.S.C. section 407(a), because they sufficiently consented to such practice. (Amended opinion)
