FIELDS v. WOODFORD, 00-99005

Because a juror, who's wife was assaulted and robbed, may have been biased against defendant who was being prosecuted for multiple counts of rape, robbery and murder, an evidentiary hearing on juror bias is necessary. (Amended opinion)
