SCHNABEL v. LUI, 01-55038

In a consolidated action, a party cannot avail itself of the court's jurisdiction, bringing claims which mandate the filing of counterclaims, then attack personal jurisdiction when judgment is entered against it on those counterclaims, even if those counterclaims are not so denominated.
