Convictions related to transport of illegal aliens are affirmed, where 1) defendant was competent to stand trial based on expert evidence, 2) superseding of original indictment was not vindictive prosecution, 3) rejection of a collateral attack on deportation was correct, and 4) refusal to group counts was proper.
