After a guilty plea to false personation of an officer of the U.S., a sentence enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 2F1.1(b)(4)(A), for an offense involving "misrepresentation that the defendant was acting on behalf of...a government agency", did not amount to impermissible double-counting, and was appropriate based on defendant's conduct.
