BENNETT v. KING, 97-15848

The Prison Litigation Reform Act's exhaustion requirement applies to all inmate suits making any allegation based on prison life, whether they involve general circumstances or particular episodes, thus dismissal of prisoner's complaint was proper for failure to exhaust his administrative remedies.
