HEMMINGS v. TIDYMAN'S INC., 99-35932, 99-35984

Plaintiffs in sex discrimination suit against employer were entitled to punitive damages under Title VII, and the cap on such damages deemed constitutional; cap on compensatory and punitive damages does not apply to front pay awards or to claims under Washington state law.
