US v. MENDOZA-PAZ, 00-50029

In appeal challenging numerous aspects of defendant's conviction, court found statutes relating to possession and importation of marijuana, 21 U.S.C. sections 841 and 960, constitutional on their face and as applied, government's discovery disclosures were held sufficient, and rulings on evidentiary issues affirmed.
