US v. LEVEQUE, 00-30385, 00-30386

Defendants', elk hunt outfitters, conviction of mail fraud reversed and remanded for additional findings; because the Lacey Act requires that the defendant hunter actually know that the taking of an elk was illegal, and there was no such evidence here, defendant's conviction reversed.
