UNITED DAIRYMEN OF ARIZONA v. VENEMAN, 00-16213

Because administrative forums exist to challenge the Department of Agriculture's actions, plaintiffs are precluded by the Agriculture Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 71 U.S.C. sections 601-626, to bring a direct suit challenging producer-handler exemption.
