DELA CRUZ v. KAUAI COUNTY, 00-15065

Because prosecutor was entitled to qualified immunity, defendant's 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 action, which claimed that the prosecutor violated his rights by making false statements in an affidavit supporting a motion to revoke his bail, was properly dismissed.
