Where defendant's corporate counsel tipped the prosecution to defendant's criminal activity, the attorney-client privilege did not bar the inclusion of the evidence obtained as a result of the tip, because the subject of the disclosure was subject to the crime-fraud exception to the attorney-client privilege.
