COSTA v. DESERT PALACE, INC., 99-15645

Evidence that a male employee received more overtime than a single female employee because "he had a family," even combined with a supervisor's reference to the female employee as a "bitch," is insufficient to establish gender discrimination warranting a mixed-motive instruction in Title VII case.
