ROYAL FOODS CO., INC. v. RJA HOLDINGS, INC., 99-55634

A restaurant that buys wholesale quantities of perishable agricultural commodities for preparation of meals may qualify as a "dealer" of such commodities under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act of 1930 even though it doesn't sell the commodities in unchanged form.
