LA REUNION FRANCAISE SA v. BARNES, 99-55487

A federal court has admiralty jurisdiction over a marine insurance policy that, in addition to covering damage for a boat in the water, requires the policy holder to store his boat on land for half a year, insures against theft on land and limits the boat to California inland waters.
