US v. ONE 1997 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER, 99-55661

The Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 USC 2412(d)(1)(D), which allows parties who prevail in litigation against the federal government to collect attorney's fees, applies to individuals as well as businesses and applies even if there is a settlement.
