Under section 304(c)(9)(E) of the transitional rules of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, courts lack jurisdiction to review INS findings of extreme hardship in suspension of deportation proceedings unless there is a colorable claim of a due process violation.
