US v. HOLLOWAY, 99-10385

18 USC 2113(g) criminalizes robberies of state chartered credit unions which have National Credit Union Administration Board insurance. Absent proof that the credit union was so insured, an element of the crime is missing and defendant's conviction must be reversed.
