MUCKLESHOOT INDIAN TRIBE v. LUMMI INDIAN NATION, 99-36224

Under the Boldt Decision, which dealt with fishing rights of Washington state Indian tribes, the usual and accustomed fishing places of the Lummi Indians extended to the northern outskirts, or suburbs, of Seattle as they existed in 1974.
