Defendant's conviction and sentence for conspiring to defraud lenders, lying to a United States postal worker, mail fraud, and wire fraud, are affirmed where: 1) it was reasonable for the jury to convict defendant of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud; 2) a reasonable jury could infer defendant, an experienced real estate professional, was aware these bogus payouts were meant to deceive the lenders; and 3) the district court did not err by basing its loss calculation upon the fraudulent transactions for which defendant was acquitted or not charged.
