United States Eighth Circuit
Alvarez v. Des Moines Bolt Supply, Inc., 09-1465
In an action claiming that plaintiff was subjected to sexual harassment from co-workers, and that defendant-employer retaliated against her when she complained about the harassment, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to support a conclusion that defendant's proffered reason for suspending her was pretext for a retaliatory motive.
