United States Eighth Circuit
Hulsey v. Astrue, 09-2838
In plaintiff's appeal from the judgment of the district court upholding the Social Security Commissioner’s decision to deny her application for supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, the order is affirmed where, even assuming for the sake of argument that plaintiff was unable to perform some unskilled work, the Appeals Council's conclusion that plaintiff could perform housekeeping work was supported by substantial evidence.
