Lindsey v. US, 09-2907

In a motion for post-conviction relief under 28 U.S.C. section 2255, arguing that defendant was improperly sentenced as a career offender in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Begay v. United States, 553 U.S. 137 (2008), a denial of defendant's motion is affirmed where defendant failed to show cause necessary to overcome his procedural default.
