US v. Brunken, 08-2488

Defendants' drug conspiracy sentences are affirmed where: 1) one defendant's sentence was not substantively unreasonable; and 2) as to the other defendant, when a sentence is below the guidelines range, it's nearly inconceivable that the court abused its discretion in not varying downward still further.
