Hutson v. Wells Dairy, Inc., 08-3895
In a sex and age employment discrimination case, district court's grant of summary judgment for the defendant is affirmed where the plaintiff did not file a timely charge with the EEOC which began to run on the day of her termination as plaintiff's termination was a discrete act and not a continuing violation. Plaintiff has not pleaded claims of other discriminatory acts.
