US v. Ojeda-Estrada, 08-3208

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) jury's verdict was supported by sufficient evidence; and 2) district court did not err in finding defendant was a career offender, as the court properly applied the career offender sentencing enhancement under Section 4B.1.1 of the Sentencing Guidelines.
