United States Eighth Circuit
US v. O'Connor, 08-1642
Sentence for transportation and distribution of child pornography is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in considering and giving significant weight to Congress and the Sentencing Commission's expressed desire to avoid sentences below the guidelines range for offenders who commit sexual offenses involving minors; and 2) defendant's sentence was not unreasonable.
