United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Parish, 08-2794

Sentence for conspiracy to commit mail fraud and money laundering is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in imposing a management role enhancement to defendant Troup's base offense level; and 2) the evidence was sufficient to support the court's finding that the amount of loss in defendants' mortgage fraud scheme exceeded $20 million and thus court did not err in adding twenty-two levels to the offense level based on the amount of the loss.
