US v. Oronia-Vera, 08-1338

Conviction for aggravated identity theft is reversed in light of the Supreme Court's holding in US v. Flores-Figueroa, that convictions under 18 U.S.C. sec. 1028A(a) require the Government to show that the defendant knew that the means of identification at issue belonged to another person.
