Drum v. Leeson Elec. Corp., 08-1678

In a sex discrimination action brought under the Equal Pay Act and Title VII, district court's grant of summary judgment for defendant is reversed and remanded where defendant failed to prove as a matter of law that the pay differentials between the female and male salaries were due to a factor other than sex.
