In an action for deprivation of rights brought against police officers, district court judgment is reversed where no reasonable juror could have found that an order vacating the order of protection under which plaintiff was arrested had been filed by the state court, and thus the defendant officers' actions in arresting plaintiff for violation of the order were reasonable.
