United States Eighth Circuit
Chronister v. Unum Life Ins. Co. of America, 07-3552
In an action involving disability benefits, district court grant of summary judgment for defendant is reversed where in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Metropolitan Life Ins. Co. v. Glenn, defendant's decision to deny plaintiff's remanded claim was an abuse of discretion given to defendant under the terms of the long-term disability plan.
