United States Eighth Circuit
Peltier v. FBI, 07-1745
In an action alleging a Freedom of Information Act violation, district court judgment is affirmed where: 1) district court did not err in failing to conduct an in camera review of all documents withheld by the FBI as review of all the documents was not necessary and the court's procedure was adequate; 2) the court did not err in applying FOIA's exemptions to determine that the bulk of the disputed documents were not subject to disclosure.
