United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Bacaam, 08-3242

Conviction for failure to register as a sex offender is affirmed where the district court properly denied defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment as he had adequate notice of his registration obligations based on the information provided to him in his California registration forms, even if the notice did not explain that a failure to register would be a violation of federal law and state law.
