Iowa Telecomm. Servs., Inc. v. Iowa Utilities Bd., 08-2140

In an action brought under the Telecommunications Act of 1996, district court did not err in in affirming the Iowa Utilities Board's finding that Sprint was acting a common carrier, and Sprint is thus entitled to be treated as telecommunications carrier under the Act and and can interconnect with the local exchange carriers' networks.
