United States Eighth Circuit

Maxfield v. Cintas Corporation, No. 2, 08-2266

In an adverse employment action brought under the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, district court judgment is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff's motion for a new trial as a reasonable jury could have found that defendant would have taken the same adverse employment actions against plaintiff regardless of his military service.
