In an employment discrimination action to recover damages pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act, district court's grant of summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the court did not err in finding plaintiff was unable to work at all at the time of her termination and that she was not otherwise qualified to perform the essential functions of her job with or without an accommodation.
