US v. Byers, 08-2014

Sentence for drug offenses is affirmed where defendants were not entitled to a reduction of sentence under Amendment 706 to the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines as any reduction in their advisory guidelines range resulting from application of the Amendment was overridden by the statutory minimum sentences applicable to their offenses.
