US v. Denis, 08-2267

Sentence for drug crimes is affirmed where: 1) district court did not err in finding that defendant had constructive possession when he induced another to possess a firearm in connection with plaintiff's drug offense; and 2) district court did not err in denying defendant's motion for safety-valve relief as he was disqualified by possession of the firearm.
