United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Cordy, 07-3538

Conviction and sentence for possession of child pornography is affirmed where: 1) district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's Cordy's motion for a continuance of trial to obtain substitute counsel; and 2) district court did not err in applying a five-level enhancement under the sentencing guidelines for possession of 600 or more images of child pornography.
