Sorenson v. Sorenson, 08-2098

In an action involving the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, district court's ruling is affirmed where the court did not err in finding that under the Hague Convention, Australia was the habitual residence of the parties' child at the time of the allegedly wrongful detention.
