United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Nesgoda, 08-1703

Sentence for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) district court did not coerce or participate in the plea negotiations in the case; and 2) defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel is rejected as any error did not prejudice him or make it more likely that he would have proceeded to trial.
