In an action involving the denial of disability benefits, summary judgment in favor of defendant is reversed and remanded where the district court failed to consider whether the plan administrator had a conflict of interest in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. v. Glenn, 128 S. Ct. 2343 (2008).
