United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Harris, 08-2203

Conviction for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute is affirmed where: 1) the district court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress evidence as there was probable cause to support the warrant authorizing the search; 2) there was no error in allowing defendant's probation officer to testify to the contents of his probation file; and 3) utility records were admissible as evidence to rebut witness testimony.
