United States Eighth Circuit
Slusser v. Astrue, 07-3797
In a dispute over social security benefits, district court's grant of defendant's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where: 1) the ALJ did not err in finding plaintiff was no longer eligible to receive disability benefits as a valid arrest warrant had been issued based upon her violation of the conditions of her supervised release; and 2) the termination of benefits did not violate the Rehabilitation Act.
