US v. Sicaros-Quintero, 08-1312

Sentence for possession with intent to distribute fifty grams or more of methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) the court's calculation of the drug quantity was not clearly erroneous as it was consistent with the sentencing guidelines commentary and prior cases; 2) district court did not commit any procedural error in determining sentence; and 3) sentence was not substantively unreasonable.
